We are transforming the grounds of Johnson City Coffee Co. into a festive, high-energy autumn marketplace alongside our seasonal pumpkin patch. We are looking for a curated mix of unique local makers, artisans, crafters, bakers, and curators to create a magical shopping experience for our community.
Market Details
- Date: Saturday, October 24th
- Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Johnson City Coffee Co. (108 W. Main Street, JCTX)
- Booth Fee: $30 (Paid upon formal acceptance into the market)
Vendor Requirements & Guidelines
- Space Allocation: Vendors will be assigned a standard outdoor space. You are required to bring your own setup, including tents, weights, tables, chairs, and displays.
- Setup & Teardown: Setup can begin at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be completely set up by 9:45 AM. Teardown cannot begin until the market closes at 5:00 PM.
- Selection Process: To ensure a diverse, balanced marketplace with minimal product overlap, this is a juried application. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot.
- Deadline: To ensure adequate time for planning, vendors will not be accepted after Wednesday, October 21st.
